The City of Brighton is seeking design services for approximately 14,000 LF of 24-inch diameter pressurized raw water line to create a redundant connection between two raw water transmission lines located in Bromley Lane. The 24-inch transmission line is proposed to run in the Bromley Lane right-of-way for its entirety. Exhibit A shows the preliminary proposed alignment of this transmission line. In addition, the City is seeking the design of approximately 2,650 LF of 12-inch drinking water main to replace an existing 8-inch main. This new 12-inch main is located in a section of Bromley Lane where the 24-inch raw water line is proposed to be constructed. Attachment B shows the preliminary water line route, including the tie in locations, for reference.
