The City of Charleston (also referred to herein as the "City" or "Seller") offers for sale and requests the submission of bids to purchase and restore 10 Larnes Street owned by the City, located within the City and County of Charleston, South Carolina and bearing TMS #460-07-02-186 (all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to said property, the "Property"). The sale shall require the successful bidder to restore the existing historic building located on the Property.
