Project Description & Purpose The project improvements will include reconstruction of the existing asphalt concrete roadway. Other work will include removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and driveway aprons as necessary. Water and gas valves as well as manholes within the roadway will be adjusted to the new pavement surface. New permanent pavement markings will be placed.
