General Description: The City of Lewes Yard Waste Collection & Disposal Program consists of: A. Complete collection of all residential yard waste from all residential units within the corporate city limits of Lewes. B. Yard waste is not to be landfilled. Weight tickets shall be provided to the City Manager's Office showing tonnage collected on each collection day. C. Collection schedule will be proposed by contractor and approved by the City by March 1, 2013. Collection will be based on 26 pick ups per year. D. The City and contractor may amend the agreement to add additional pickups at a fee based on the annual fee.
