LA Metro is seeking responsible firms to submit bids for all inclusive design and build project for replacing roof-mounted equipment on their 28-story high rise office tower near Union Station in Los Angeles, CA. The project is complicated by requiring elevated lifts to the roof to remove existing equipment and to place the new equipment and will require using a helicopter or crane or both, depending on construction sequencing, weights and economics.
