The Department of Health Services is issuing a RFSQ to solicit Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for contracts with qualified licensed clinical laboratories that are best able to provide as needed medical laboratory services required by County Facilities. Addendum No. 1 revised the SOQ submission deadline to 2:00 pm (PT), Friday, June 11, 2010.
