Pursuant to Section 4217.10 et seq. of the California Government Code, the Western Municipal Water District ("District"), a Municipal Water District organized and operated pursuant to Section 71000 et seq. of the California Water Code, is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") for the evaluation, design and implementation of pump efficiency measures ("Pump Efficiency Measures") and the evaluation, design, acquisition and implementation of an automated meter reading/automated metering infrastructure system and related equipment ("AMR/AMI System").
