The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida (the "County") is seeking proposals from qualified newspaper agencies to provide the County services in publishing legal advertisements or official notices that are in accordance with Florida Statute Title VI, Chapter 50. Agencies interested shall submit one original along with five copies of the RFP in a sealed enveloped, clearly marked with Agency's name, address and the words "Publishing Legal Advertisements" addressed to: Office of Central Purchasing Glyndol Johnson, Purchasing Agent 176 Montgomery Circle DeFuniak Springs, Fl 32435 Last date to submit any questions in regards to this RFP is July 24, 2012 no later than 12:00 Noon, local time. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Office of Central Purchasing. Questions received after the date and time will not be answered. RFP closes August 1, 2012 no later than 3:00PM local time. Packages received after that date and time will not be allowed.
