The County of Washington is expecting to replace the current RBA system with a CAMA system in the offices of Tax Assessment, Tax Claim, and Treasurer. The CAMA system must be able to interface with the Recorder of Deeds office as the recorded deeds are passed in a nightly transfer to the Tax Assessment office for the change of new ownership. Providing Client access licenses for user access to CAMA data for Tax Assessment, Tax Claim, and Treasurer (replacing RBA for Tax Assessment Display); with an option to replace Tax Billing, Tax Collection, Tax Claim etc. The County is requesting that proposers respond with proposals to perform a "turnkey" reappraisal project and related services.
