In general, this project comprises: 1. Remove & replace all floor finishes. 2. Remove & replace all damaged acoustic ceiling tile (suspended & glued on) 3. Repair & repaint all painted or "wall papered" gypsum board walls & ceilings. 4. Remove all wood shake shingles, asphalt composition shingles and built-up roofing materials, provide & install new asphalt composition shingles (on roof mansards) & single-ply membrane roofing (on 3 roof mechanical wells). 5. Construction of a new interior passage doorway & door within an existing wall. 6. Replacement of select roof mounted mechanical equipment & accessories. 7. Removal of the existing exterior wood trellis located above the main entry court yard and construct new structural support for existing roof overhang. 8. Refitment of (E) attic insulation on all ceilings (suspended & gypsum board).
