Sealed Request for Proposals for Pool Management Services, Seabrook Project No. 2013-05, will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, in the office of the City Secretary, 1700 First Street, Suite 206, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Sealed bids shall be submitted including one (1) marked original and (1) duplicate on the original forms and clearly marked with bid number and description. Bids must be received and time stamped by the City Secretary prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Suite 204. No late bids will be accepted.
