NOTICE OF INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PRE QUALIFIED LIST - CPA FIRMS The New York City Office of the Comptroller maintains a LIST OF PRE QUALIFIED CPA FIRMS to provide auditing services and other services to City agencies. Agencies are required to solicit external CPA audit services from firms on this list. In order to be considered for placement on the List, firms must: 1. Be registered with the New York State Education Department to practice in the State of New York, under the firm's current organizational status. 2. Have had a System peer review of the firm's auditing practice within the last 3 years, in accordance with AICPA Standards, and received a Pass rating. 3. Submit completed City Vendex Vendor and Principal Questionnaires to both the Comptroller's Office and Mayor's Office of Contract Services.
