Sealed bids for the Miramar Beach Regional Access Restroom Improvements Project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County" at: Office of Central Purchasing 176 Montgomery Circle DeFuniak Springs, Fl 32435 Bidders who are interested in submitting, shall submit an original and three (3) copies in a sealed envelope with the name "Miramar Beach Regional Access Restroom Improvements" marked on the envelope. Bids received after the closing date will not be accepted. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure their bid is received at the address listed on or before the closing date. Bid closes on October 4, 2012 no later than 3:00PM local time. A Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held on September 19, 2012 9:00AM on site at Miramar Beach Regional Access, 2375 Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin, FL 32550 Bidders who arrive late may attend prebid, but will not be able to submit a bid. Pre-Bid starts promptly at 9:00AM at job site. The Project consists of modifying the existing restroom facility with additional stalls in both women and mens rooms, additional timber decking area on the south side of the building and all new fixtures in each restroom.
