All work for the project shall be constructed in accordance with the drawings specifications prepared by the Engineering Division of the City of Mount Dora. The proposed Bid will be awarded and constructed, if award is made, under one Contract. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing and installing all materials and equipment, including labor, for installing water main fittings to redirect a six inch water main under a new storm water pipe being installed by Lake County at two locations. The work area is near Bay Lake Road and Laura Lane. The work includes excavating the existing water main, adding pipe restraints and fittings to go under a new storm water pipe. Dewatering of the two locations is included in the bid form. There is a possibility that the storm water contractor will dewater the site for the installation of the storm pipe; however that is yet to be determined.
