The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) requests proposals to provide energy for SORTA for all of its facilities. Additionally, SORTA is requesting proposals to provide energy for the Cincinnati Streetcar, which will be needed for the initial powering up in late Spring / early Summer in 2016, and possibly for the testing of the Streetcar in late Summer / early Fall 2015.
