The Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) is recruiting for health actuary consultants to assist the Center with ad hoc projects requiring actuarial expertise. The consultants will work with Center staff to complete projects requiring actuarial expertise. The consultants will provide expert advice regarding all assumptions, projections and analysis in the following areas: 1) The actuary will critically review projections made by others and the Center on new programs; 2) The actuary will review analysis preformed by Center staff on new mandated health benefits and provide analyses when needed; 3) The actuary will assist Center staff in other actuary services as needed
