This contract shall be in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction," adopted January 1, 2012;the "Supplemental and Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions", adopted January 1, 2013;the "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois"adopted July, 2009; the "City of Rock Island Plumbing Code"; the latest edition of the "Illinois Urban Manual" and the Special Provisions contained within these contract documents.
