This contract can be accordance with the "Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction," adopted January 1, 2012; the "Supplemental Specification and Recurring Special Provisions" as indicated on the Check Sheet, adopted January 1, 2013; and the "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois," adopted July, 2009 and the Special Provisions contained within these contract documents.
