The Work to be accomplished under this Contract generally includes the improvement of Willow Street from Atlantic Avenue to Cherry Avenue, 28th and 29th Streets from Walnut Avenue to Cherry Avenue, Gardena Avenue 28th Street to 29th Street, and Gaviota Street from Hill Street north to cul-de-sac. The Work includes cold milling, paving, curb and gutter, street reconstruction, signing and striping, pavement markings, traffic loops and all appurtenant Work as shown on the Plans and Specifications.
