To provide available funds of up to $7,600,000, as needed, to the City to fund (1) Water and Wastewater Capital Improvements (including the reimbursement to the City of any funds spent prior to closing per its adopted Reimbursement Resolution) of approximately $7,500,000 and (2) pay costs of issuance.
