The City of Union City is pleased to release a call to artists for its Utility Box Mural Program. The City is seeking artists to paint murals on its utility boxes. See attachment A for a map and photos of the utility boxes included in this phase. Artists may submit a proposal for one or more of the utility box locations. Artist will have three (3) months to complete the work. You must either live or have an art studio in Alameda County to apply.
