The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Utility Billing Software package that will service the billing needs of its three utility systems: water, wastewater, and stormwater. The utilities service more than 10,000 accounts, each of which are assessed and billed fees on a monthly basis depending on the services they are receiving.
