The rehabilitation consists of repairs and alterations to the building envelope of an existing 2,200 square foot utility barn. The scope of work includes new roofing, gutters and downspouts, reconstruction of existing dormers, new windows and doors, exterior finishes, and all associated work as required to repair damaged materials and to install new.
