In accordance with the advertisement of the Washington County Commissioners, Courthouse Square, Washington, PA inviting proposals for the furnishing, delivering, of "Toner Cartridges" for Washington County, Washington, Pennsylvania, having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same, the undersigned proposes to furnish and comply with all of said specifications.
