The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is seeking professional firms to provide design services of the upgrade of Sullivan Avenue. Upgrades include the widening of the structural section shoulders and a pedestrian pathway. The project shall include the evaluation of the existing road structure, pavement conditions; coordinate the design upgrades with the bridge replacement design over Bodenburg Creek along Sullivan Avenue and determine any right-of-way needs along both corridors.
