OVERLAY: 1. Tack area to be overlaid with MS-1 primer tack 2. Install 1" average overlay of hot plant mixed asphalt, Type S-III 3. Roll and compact with a 3-5 ton roller 4. Stripe new layout with DOT approved traffic paint either white or yellow to include: stop bars, and crosswalk. The area to be paved includes the street of Academy Place, and the drive ways of each unit. Approximate area is 5,000 LF.
