MassCor Industries is seeking proposals from vendors to provide a 48" Traffic Model Plotter Cutter (or equal) with hot-tip attachment and hand squeeze roll applicator (48") (or equal) laminator with air assist cylinders with a three year manufacturer's warranty labor and parts. The vendor shall also provide a sign and design all inclusive software package that includes the following: FHWA Standard Highway Signs Library (pre-made layouts to be cut) 2009 – 2010,FHWA Series 2000 Standard Alphabets (fonts), OSHA Safety Sign Library (pre-made layouts ready to be cut), Custom templates for street sign fabrication and MA state police vehicle marking, 1,000 commercial fonts, and 10,000 clip art library. The vendor will provide on-site training with setup, which will include unlimited tech support via telephone and internet. This contract will allow MassCor to purchase additional supplies, parts, equipment, software, training and repair as an outright purchase that will be negotiated as needed and will be determined necessary if not available on an existing statewide contract or is in the best interest of the Department.
