1. The initial setup (setup service)and configuration of the system. Setup Service to a location specified by License and making the necessary resources available to assure successful implementation, including start up and training of the software purchased under this Agreement to guarantee operational functionality of the System for license; 2. Maintenance System Administration and Technical Support Services during regular business hours defined as Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 5:00pm. Pacific Time with 24 hours per day per week and on call pager supported technical support for critical service affecting issue to maintain the system in good working order 3. Upgrade services for the current version of the software components of the system, any and all software upgrades will be provided to the Consumers at no additional charge to customers. 4. Continuous Human Review and Categorization of Internet Content as Provided by N2H2'sthen current standard review schedule. 5. Automatic nightly Electronic upgrades of the proprietary content for the system or alternatively as the mutually agreed in writing by N2H2 and license 6. N2H2 will not disable services without prior written notices to license 7. Interactive feedback regarding categories of internet content to the N2H2 review staff and 8. Hardware replacement for the system in the event of failure and software warranty for the system during term stipulated in a purchase order referencing this agreement in circumstances where the hardware is provided.
