The purpose of this project is to create images of documents that are currently in paper form in the Accounts OC Inventories, OC Cont Bonk BK Proceedings Acct Index, Birth Death OC, Marriage License Index, Appearance Dockets, Judgement Books and Sheriff Deed Books, CYS – open and closed files to name a few. Washington County may request additional pages to be scanned and indexed based on per unit costs submitted in awarded response. County may request additional scanning and indexing for departments not listed based on similar types of documents based on per unit costs.
