On behalf of Clear Creek County, CCTS, Inc. invites qualified firms to be considered for General Contractor services to replace the roof at the County Facility (115 15th Ave., located in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The Scope of Work includes removal of three layers of existing roofing material, re-sheathing of roof deck over existing sheathing/planking, and installation of new 50-year composition roofing. Work is expected to commence on or about December 1, 2013 and be complete within 30 days.
