The work of this contract consists of slurry sealing and/ chip sealing Jacoby Road, Eastman Park Drive, Beacon Way, Boardwalk Drive, Windjammer Drive, Sunset Bay Drive, Saginaw Pointe Drive, Whitney Court, Rock Bridge Court, and Cobble Court and the parking lots at Eastman Park and Boardwalk Park.
