This project will rehabilitate approximately 15 miles of roads within City of Casselberry's Neighborhood Improvement Program Project Areas 4-7. Together these areas are roughly bounded by US 17-92 to the west, Crystal Bowl Circle to the south, Avalon and Canterbury to the east, and SR 434 to the north. Work generally includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to conduct milling, asphalt overlay (using warm-mix), microsurfacing, pavement markings (including shared lane markings), reflective pavement marker installation, base repairs, associated utility/infrastructure adjustments, maintenance of traffic, and erosion and water pollution prevention.
