The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) announces the issuance of a RFP to provide clinical laboratory services for LACDMH clients treated at directly-operated clinics/programs throughout the County. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from licensed clinical laboratories interested in contracting with the County of Los Angeles and to select a Contractor to provide clinical laboratory tests for LACDMH clients treated at directly-operated clinics/programs in all eight (8) Service Areas. The RFP describes the scope of the work required, the terms under which this work will be performed and the RFP process.
