This Notice of Purchase is intended to announce the Information Technology Division's ("ITD")'s entry into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and an Option to Acquire an Indefeasible Right to Use(IRU)with the state authority known as Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation d/b/a Massachusetts Technology Collaborative ("MTC") through its non-divisible component, Massachusetts Broadband Institute ("MBI"), pursuant to 801 CMR 21.05(2).
