The City of Emeryville is requesting proposals from professional arts consultants and urban designers and planners with Art in Public Places (AiPP) experience to create a Public Art Master Plan (Plan). The goal of the Plan is to develop guidance for Emeryville's Art in Public Places program and identify additional resources for the support and expansion of public art throughout Emeryville and set priorities for public art improvements in alignment with the City's Capital Improvement Plan over the next two to five years.
