The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain professional psychiatric coverage and services for clients of the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS). Professional services shall be performed on-site at the Loudoun County Mental Health Centers located in Leesburg and Sterling, Virginia. Services are provided during regular clinic.
