This RFSQ will allow DMH to establish a Project Management Services list with qualified proposers which will then be used in a Request for Services' contracting solicitation process for the provision of a wide variety of Project Management Services including but now limited to strategic management, program planning development and implementation, program monitoring, evaluation and performance measurements, customer relations, training, marketing and communication, and emergency outreach. Being on the Project Management Services' Master Agreement list does not guarantee any contract amount or allocation of resources.
