The City of Riverdale ("Riverdale") is soliciting Request for Proposals ("RFP") from janitorial companies possessing demonstrated experience in performing professional cleaning services on various commercial office buildings. The City of Riverdale is the second largest City in Clayton County, Georgia. Riverdale has just completed construction of the public components of its new Town Center, including a community center and new city hall. The purpose of this RFP is to secure professional commercial janitorial service for the existing buildings which the City owns.
