Scope of Services Preakness Healthcare Center is seeking Board Certified Attending Physicians to provide timely clinical services for residents who are admitted, but are not under the care of an attending physician with privileges at Preakness Healthcare Center, at time of admission. Preakness Healthcare Center is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services as a skilled nursing facility (406 beds). Resident populations include subacute, long-term care, mental health, Special Care Behavioral Management, Alzheimer's and Dementia, Hospice and ventilator dependent with hemodialysis services. Note: This is a request for on-call attending admissions physicians who will be the personal attending physician for the resident. The resident may not be assigned by the physician to another physician.
