The Rock Island Public Works Department is soliciting qualifications from construction firms for construction management services related to construction of the City of Rock Island's new police station at 5th Avenue and 12th Street. The construction manager for this project should be familiar with municipal building construction. Work will include assisting the city's project architect, Gere Dismer, during the design phase of the project and providing cost opinions for various construction options.
