The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves is seeking a Request for Interest from those interested in providing a new four lane vehicular bridge to Pelican Island; bringing rail service to Pelican Island; and helping the Port of Galveston develop approximately 285 Acres of Port managed property on Pelican Island (The Project).
