The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) requests proposals for Owner's Representative Services. The Owner's Representative will perform oversite and management pre-construction, construction and project close out functions on three SORTA construction projects within the Greater Cincinnati Area: the Northside Transit Center, the Oakley Transit Center, and Walnut Hills.
