NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the San Joaquin Regional Transit District, a public transit district, herein referred to as RTD, for On-Call Legal Services, all in strict conformance with the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS therefore entitled "REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ON-CALL LEGAL SERVICES", dated January 19, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the RFP), said RFP being on file in the offices of the San Joaquin Regional Transit District at 421 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California 95202.
