The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair damaged non-revenue vehicles (NRVs) in accordance with industry standards, and all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g. Texas Railroad Commission certification for repair of vehicle compressed natural gas systems). The contractor shall perform the following tasks: (1) examine damaged NRVs and provide a written repair estimate; (2) retrieve the damaged vehicle and repair to OEM standards; and (3) return the repaired vehicle to DART for inspection and acceptance of repairs. Any discrepancies will be repaired before acceptance by DART.
