The work of this contract consists of the construction of 5,400 LF of arterial roadway and waterline improvements extending existing New Liberty Road to the intersection of Weld County Road 13 and Steeplechase Road. The roadway consists of two 12-foot travel lanes, 6-foot bike lanes, a 40 foot wide median with offset left turn lanes and a 10' regional trail.
