The National Cemetery Administration issued a requirement for Janitorial Services under Solicitation Number: VA786-13-R-0323 for the following cemetery:

This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is: 561720, Size Standard is $16.5 Million.
The Contractor gaining award shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to deliver staff to perform janitorial services at Natchez National Cemetery, Natchez, MS 39120. Janitorial Services shall be 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to include administration building and public restroom at maintenance building on expansion side. General mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping of floors, bathroom cleaning, window washing, emptying of trash, and replenish tissue and paper towels. Contractor shall supply all environmentally safe cleaning supplies. Contractor shall supply all environmentally safe cleaning supplies. Contractor shall adhere to and sign restroom checklist to ensure compliance with government standards.

All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the base period from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014; with up to four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2018 if exercised.
Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Price, 2) Past Performance, 3) Technical.
