The purpose of this correspondence and enclosed materials is to invite your firm to submit a proposal to Western Municipal Water District for the efforts detailed in the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The District is looking for a landscape design contractor to provide a landscape design using a water-use efficient irrigation system and California water-friendly plants, in an effort to conserve water and reduce cost.
