Micro hereby grants to licensee a nonexclusive, limited license to use the product set out in the product schedule provided by Micromedex. pursuant to the terms and condition set forth in this agreement. The product shall only be loaded on license's own CPUs. For Products for which licensee pays the appropriate fees for access via an internet application the preceding sentence shall not apply.
