In general, this project comprises removal of approximately 10 LF of expanded metal mesh partition and door, installation of approximately 135 SF resilient vinyl flooring, installation of electrical conduit and minor modification of electrical circuit control panels, installation of new counter sink and supply/waste plumbing per plans, and repair/replace any disturbed items to be intact to match adjacent surrounding surfaces. Install/modify tenant provided casework where indicated.
