The purpose of this procurement is for MassCor Industries and the Department of Correction to procure and establish a list of pre-qualified contractors who are capable of performing various installation, repair and emergency services for the equipment that is used by Department of Correction in its inmate industries division. Although the main intent of this contract is for services, outright purchases will be allowed. Outright purchases will be negotiated as needed and will be determined necessary if not available on an existing statewide contract or is in the best interest of the department. This contract will support all the manufacturing sites of the MassCor Industries.
